Koen, is the founder of Menza, a trendy Belgian collection of home decor. He constantly succeeds to find the right combination between “Classic Love” and “Modern Living” something that makes every collection unique in its kind. Every season a hole new collection is created what makes it a very inspiring and innovating brand. Each collection features a mix of plaids, decorative pillows, vases and scented candles, as well as home diffusers made from mouth-blown glass. Perhaps the most characterizing aspect of this brand is its never failing eye for detail.
The Madrono 44 is currently the home of Menza, a frontline golf villa build by Somium properties, in the exclusive Las Colinas Golf & Country club near Alicante (Spain).
Madrono means strawberry tree in Spanish, and is the favorite kind of fruit from Koen, the number 44 is just the house number in the street.
The recognized menza style is all over the place, soft fabrics, grey tones with bright colors, large furniture pieces in a unique combination, a Belgian design with a unique combo influences from the South and the North.
As the ground floor is more inspired by Italian design with the sophisticated fabrics and materials, the basement of the villa is the families hang-out place, to invite friends or just binge watch some series, the softer Scandinavian color tones together with the MARMI pink and azur collection gives this room a delight feeling, the no-stress zone as they say

Plaids
Menza is well-known for his plaids.The most soft and washable plaids ever created. These cotton brushed plaids have a real cashmere soft feeling.
Vases
Every season there is new collection of “must have” items.
This season it are the soft aqua colors blue, rose and
yellow. You can mix-match the collection always having
candles and home diffuser available in the same colors.

Trendy and environmentally conscious
True relaxation is surrounding yourself with colorful and eco-friendly products. The pool collection is made from recycled bottles recovered from the ocean.
