Most items will ship within 3-5 business days. Furniture and made to order items will have longer processing and shipping times. Please refer to the individual product pages for more details. When your order does ship we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please check your spam folders if you are unable to find this email. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once your order has shipped.
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes. Although we do not process standard exchanges, you may request a return label and re-purchase the item that you prefer.

I want to return something, what do I do?

We try our very best to deliver the most qualitative products, but nonetheless it’s possible you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. In that case you can return your product(s).

All you have to do is notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the item.
Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us, please note that the product you wish to return must satisfy to the following conditions:

  • It must be in new condition and undamaged.
  • It must be unused and complete.
  • It must be untorn packaging and in original condition
  • The packaging, however, may be opened.

 

All items must be sent back in the original packaging.  If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear.

The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by Amame Maison.
When a product sale is cancelled we will not return the shipping cost.

In the case a product is bought in SALES, this is a final sale and the product cannot be returned.

Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update. We often send tracking when the label is created so it sometimes needs time to leave the warehouse.

Sometimes damages do occur in the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. If your item is being delivered with an oversize or white glove carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the delivery. Damages or defects must be noted on the receipt with the carrier. We must be notified of your damages within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not hold off on inspecting in your item (i.e. waiting upon project completion or residential move).

Every product has its own timeline. Be sure to join the waitlist for items you are coveting, and you’ll be notified as soon as the product becomes available for purchase.

When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.

We don’t ship outside of Europe.

We ship with GLS for all standard orders. Today we only ship to: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France and Spain. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sint Niklaas, Belgium.

We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item.
